Men watch out
My bf will probably kill me for adding this to the review but.. I ordered this for myself for my birthday. So far I absolutely love the kit. My bf was trying to be encouraging when I first opened it and was playing with the ring.Men.. this thing snaps back with the power of a whip. It WILL knock you to the ground with pain if you are not careful.So men be advised to use with care, women if you love your man, don’t let him anywhere near it. If so, you may end up single from laughing. Thankfully he laughed with me and we don’t want any more kids.

Love this set and I love the socks!Update! The stretchy hand thing that you use to stretch broke after just a week of using it. I’m a little sad but either way I still love the ring and the ball.

Better options available
The circle clicks everytime you use it. Its so annoying I just dont use it and that was half the reason I chose this set over the others. The ankle straps and bands work great so not a total loss.

the ball is bigger than pilates bar and overal the product design is not elegant.
