It Really Works!
I like to stay in shape by going to the gym, but on the days I can’t get there, I work out at home. A person can do a full workout with nothing but a kettlebell. Even those who make use of every machine in the gym can benefit from workouts with kettlebells.I had a devastating accident, then a ruptured gallbladder, so you can imagine my workout schedule was set back some. Because of that setback, I had to begin working out almost like a beginner again. One of the first things I bought for our home gym was this kettlebell. It’s only five pounds (I’m ashamed to admit that), but five pounds is what I need to start with right now. I’ll work up from there.This kettlebell is very well made. It’s so well made that I think it might last forever, yet it’s very reasonably priced. It works. I do a lot of different exercises with this kettlebell. Some kettlebell exercises engage every muscle in the body, and I want to be able to do them, even if it’s only with a five-pounder.If you’re just beginning to work out or are elderly or can’t use more than a five-pound kettlebell right now, I really recommend this one. It’s even better than the ones at my gym. Just be careful no one’s in the way when you swing it.

Es ist eine Kettlebell. Genau das erfüllt diese Kettlebell. Gewicht stimmt. Der Gummifuß ist super praktisch. Werde mir noch weitere KG von diesem Modell kaufen.
