I am a firm believer in passive exercise throughout the day cuz gyms are Petrie dishes for dumb dudes and diseases, both of which humanity could use fewer of.These are my bracelets at work and I keep the second pair attached to my Docs. The first few days of wearing them, my muscles were sore as hell, in a good way. It felt Ike I’d been conditioning for basketball season waaaaaaaay back in high school.My lungs are becoming stronger and I’m noticing less jiggling in areas that need toning. These are a great cost effective choice to the bala bangles. They work the same and hold up great. I started going to hotworx so I purchased these and they have held up great in the sauna. They fit on both my ankle or wrists because they are adjustable. The pink color is so cute!

I love these they’re actually super comfortable and don’t hurt my legs. The Velcro has a lot of sizing options as well. I do think the Velcro hold super well. I do wish that they had more weight options. I like these color they match with a lot and they are not noticeable under flare leggings!!!

I bought several packs. This should say enough. Super helpful for knee pains, by just walking around the house. Strengthen legs and arms. These are the best ankle weights that I have own. All the others after a short while wear off and start spreading its sand around. Nothing like this happens with these ankle weights. They are durable, beautiful, and allow me to add more pieces as needed. Remarkable opportunity. All in all- very good tool to improve your activity and health.And something unexpected- the little zipper-case the set comes in is amazing. Such a bonus! It’s so durable. Ich habe Gelenksmanschetten gesucht, die vom Gewicht her eine gewisse Flexibikität aufweisen, aber nicht so auftragen wie die meist verwendeten Sandbeutel. Hier kann ich von 8 Gewichten, zusammen 500 g , 4 entfernen. Die Manschette ist angenehm flach, der Tragekomfort hoch, die Optik passt auch. Bei mir passen sie sowohl für Hand, als auch Fußgelenke. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und habe bereits einen zweiten Satz gekauft.
