I noticed a difference immediately when I started taking this supplement. Idk if it is a placebo effect but I am going on three months and my PMDD is not as bad as it was. So I’ve been trying many products out there to help alleviate the cramps that I get monthly. My periods are always super heavy and very uncomfortable for 5-6 days. I’m glued to my bed for the first day typically because I get horrible cramps that doesn’t allow me to be up and about. My flow is so heavy that I go through my pads and sometimes tampons very quickly.I’ve taken these pills for about 60 days as I decided to experiment and use one a day instead of two and I must say it still worked very well. After month one I was willing to take two a day if taking one didn’t seem to help but there was no need. One did me well for two months. So not only am I saving by taking one instead of two daily, I’m about 90-95% pain free. I was almost able to not take any pain killers during this cycle. My goal is to not need any OTC drug if I can help it. Also, not to mention the cost of these are amazing.I was using Flo before this product and it did what I felt it needed to, however, the cost is more than I am willing to pay on a consistent bases.I would highly recommend trying these out. They work, inexpensive, you have the possibility of taking one a day to see if that helps if not the recommended dose may be the trick, and you’re giving yourself vitamins that’s known to help many other things. All of this from one product.My only reason for 4 stars vs 5 is I am a little questionable about the “other ingredients”. They are safe enough to take but I would rather it not have some of the “other ingredients” if possible. That’s just a personal preference of mine.Other than that you have to try this product out.

Gave me headaches and hurt my stomach
I have PMDD and found that the combination of Vitex, DIM, and Ashwagandha help treat my symptoms. I was taking these supplements separately until I found this and saw that it had all 3 along with black cohosh and lemon balm. After about a week of taking this supplement, I started to get headaches, nausea, extreme fatigue, and dizziness particularly in the afternoon/evening and by night I found myself having stomach pain. At first, I chalked this up to getting a stomach bug that was going around but after a week of these symptoms I thought I would do a little research and I found that black cohosh can cause severe stomach problems and headaches, and both black cohosh and lemon balm can cause dizziness and drowsiness. I stopped taking the supplement about 2 days ago and I am starting to have some relief from the symptoms but still having headaches and fatigue. Hoping that it will disappear in a few days and then I plan to go back to taking the DIM and Vitex without the black cohosh and the lemon balm.

Bad Allergic Reaction
I had a terrible allergic reaction from taking this medicine. I took 1 at night before bed, woke up at 2-3AM sweating profusely then when I got outta bed my face was swollen and red as if I had a bad sunburn. Do not recommend see your OBGYN for proper care not Amazon supplements! Lesson learnt.

These are amazing!!
For my last 3 cycles I’ve taken these pills the week before my period and the week of my period as needed for my PMS symptoms. As someone who has mood swings these are AMAZING. They regulate my mood by making me feel less anxious and calm. No more randomly bursting into tears. I recommend them to all the people with menstrual cycles I know! I will continue to purchase.
