Becoming a big fan of PURE Encapsulations! I’ve tried a laundry list of supplements to combat fatigue and brain fog from stress and entering perimenopause that just haven’t worked. My Naturopathy Specialist reco’d this brand for Ashwagandha and Magnesium Glycinate to help calm my central nervous system for better sleep. WOW!
