Great beginner exercise resistance bands
I started strength training earlier this year as a complete novice. I didn’t want to spend tons of money so I bought these which are a great value and have made my strength training exercise routine easy to do in the comfort of my home office. There are a number of bands of different resistance to mix up the kinds of strength training one can do. There is no excessive smell and they seem very good quality based upon my use of them for the past 7 months. I also appreciate the color variety so that I automatically know which band to use for different exercises now without thinking about it.

Excellent quality bands. Very thick and durable. These are great for physical therapy or for upgrading your skill set when it comes to calisthenics. Would definitely recommend and would buy again.

Good workout bands
These bands work quite well for me. Great for working on assisted calisthenics. The black band did break on me after a couple months but to be fair I was stretching it quite far.

Total knee replacement rehab
I’m using these bands for total knee replacement rehab. I am able to do a few of the exercises that I could only do with the physical therapist previously. It allows me to go to the gym and get multiple sessions in between PT sessions. They are high quality bands equivalent to what the PT office has. They have been invaluable and helping me rehab my knee
