Great to keep up with PT exercises at home or gym
Great PT strap. Perfect to bring to the gym or use at home. Our gym has this strap for use, but it’s so popular it’s always in use. I now bring my own. Great to increase range of motion for many areas of the body with exercises for hips, knees, thighs, arms… So useful to keep up with PT exercises with comfort, your comfort guides you to know, and later increase, your limits. Easy to bring with you. It comes in many colors.

Incredible simple tool, useful booklet
I bought this strap for stability while doing lunges, prescribed by physical therapist after ankle surgery.First time I used the strap, today, I decided to follow the stretches in the helpful little booklet. Oh my.They will complement my PT’s functional dynamic exercises, which I should be doing prior to an easy jog (if I ever get around to it). Even ankle raises seem hard though, and I’ve been reluctant to pound the pavement lest I inflame or twist the lower limbs again.The booklet’s exercises isolate muscle groups and let me feel the action of each. I think they’ll help me regain stability–plus, they just feel good. Also, the couple of simple stretches for shoulders were very effective–I’m icing and massaging the poor things right now.Oh and the straps help me stay upright during deep lunges.I recommend this inexpensive tool. You don’t have to be a rich gym fanatic to improve your musculoskeletal system.A cotton alternative would be nice, but the strap is great at the price point.

does not stretch, narrow width
I bought this band for my physical therapy exercises. It works well, as it has not give. I wish the loops on the end could be adjusted as it is loose around my foot, but it otherwise works great. It’s not a wide band, maybe an inch across.

Helpful way to stretch.
This strap is great! I learned about it during physical therapy for my knees, and I even use it to stretch my lower back and glutes. Now im buying one for a friend to help her.

Strong and versatile
The multiple holes are wonderful. I brought this to my physical therapy gym, and when the therapists saw it, and how wonderful it is, they asked where I purchased it! Theirs are okay, but nothing like this one. Durable and extra long.

Works great and good quality
Strap works great, used it after my knee replacement. With using this strap I was able to keep a nice alignment while pulling my leg back when doing my stretches lying on the floor or sitting in my recliner. When I use just my hand either standing, sitting or on the floor it tends to pull a little crooked and adds pain to the stretch. Buying another one today for my brother who just had surgery. Price and quality is great also, I do recommend this product.
