OLD HANDS LOVE THE RESULTS OF DAILY USE !!!
As one of the Senior Citizens of the USA … My once able body has begun to have more aches and pains with the onset of arthritis etc, in my hands and knees. That is a fact that I once thought, only OLD people used ..In my youth took music lessons and loved mobility in my hands …I researched many items and need for another few pills in my daily IN-TAKE … then ordered, and took pills .. about a week later .. realized my thumbs and the sides of my little fingers on both hands, were beginning to be more nimble and a bit less painful ..I now do not have as much pain when moving my thumbs .. in fact, they are no longer grinding bone on bonewhen I was holding the thumb’s first joint … with the fingers on the other hand ..holding on each side of the when moving .. could feel a POP when the thumb joint moved … know that may be a little confusing as a review .. but I know I am NOT the only person .. more near 80 than 70 years old .. begging doctors for relief .. and getting drugs ……. no thanks!!!! ..so if your hands, knees, and ankles are sore and popping … this is something you might consider buying and trying.. Good Health to You in the promised “golden years” LOL

Researched the function of magnesium in the body after a family member was hospitalized for a heart disorder and his doctor told him his magnesium level was very low; the family member was skeptical that the deficiency could’ve been causing the symptom. From what I read after that, it made sense to me—-calcium is required for the contraction of muscle, and magnesium is necessary for the relaxation of muscle. That’s also when I read that waking up in the middle of the night or not being able to fall back asleep quickly thereafter could be symptoms of low magnesium, so I thought I’d try magnesium to see if it would really help me sleep through the night. I’d also read that magnesium glycinate was one of the better types to use because it’s more easily absorbed by the body, which led me to this Solgar product. I tend not to take a full dosage of a supplement I’m unfamiliar with, so took only 1 tablet, not the 4 indicated on the bottle. Even just with 1, I slept through the night for the first time in months. Told a friend who was having similar sleep issues, let her have a few tablets to see if they would help her. She now takes one tablet daily because it improved her sleep so much—her husband will even ask her “Did you take your magnesium?” because he’s noticed she sleeps restlessly when she’s forgotten to take it. We haven’t tried other brands because this one has worked so well for us for the past 2 and a half years. The only side effect both of us have noticed is more vivid dreaming, probably because we’re sleeping more deeply than before. I don’t take this daily, but most days, and if I happen to wake up in the middle of the night and can’t fall back asleep within 10 or 15 minutes, I take half of a tablet, and that’s all I need now to fall asleep shortly thereafter. This product has been wonderful for us, and I’ve recently recommended it to two other friends.

What do you pay for good health?
Most Americans are deficient in magnesium. Magnesium supports over 300 metabolic functions. The MDR is 420MG daily for adult males. There have been no digestive issues with chelated magnesium. My blood magnesium level has been letter perfect. I have used this brand of product for over a year.
