Game changer
This is my first ever weighted vest yet I am confident that I’ve chosen one of superb quality due to its structure and performance.I researched many other products before deciding upon this one and I am so glad in proceeding forward with this purchase. It is so comfortable and has truly elevated my cardio.The vest itself is so comfortable, especially in the shoulder padding which I believe to be paramount in a quality vest since the weight gravitates down and center. The weight is also dispersed in such a way that you are aware of it but also without discomfort. Should you experience any discomfort you can easily mitigate that by adjusting the weight and/or straps which was a huge factor for my purchasing this. I do very much appreciate that you can adjust the amount of weight, customizing it to what you are doing performance wise or where you are strength wise, while also being able to cinch the vest inward which helps keep in place. This is especially of importance if you intend to do any sort of cardio or calisthenics. I haven’t found it to be a burden at all.To touch again briefly on the straps, the shoulder straps are marked off every inch so that you can achieve them being even on each side which I think is just so thoughtful and haven’t come across this on any other product. You can also roll up the remainder and secure them with a piece of provided elastic. Literally every inch of this vest was created with consideration for the user. Another selling point for me was the midline zipper. The thought of having to heave a heavy vest above my head prior to a workout and then again when exhausted felt daunting.Regarding size, I believe this to be a one size fits most which is very evident in just how long the waist straps are. Some users, I believe, mentioned a specific smell but that was null in my experience.So yes, although this is challenging me, that is precisely what I was in search of and I just know it will pay off and it’s just so well constructed which justifies the price. I strongly advise you, too, to invest in this product and your cardiac health will be sure to thank you.

NOT cheap garbage – you should get one!
I LOVE this weighted vest.It is superbly constructed and fits the torso perfectly. It never feels uncomfortable and I use it for over an hour every, single morning.Since I’ve only had it a short time, I’m starting out at 10lbs. But the beauty of this model is that you can adjust your weight tolerance up or down by simply inserting (or removing) the 2 lb weights to the attached pouches on the vest. You don’t need to go out and buy another vest – this one will grow with you as you become stronger.I have no clue about the alleged “smell” others have mentioned. I had no issues with this whatsoever as there wasn’t any. But if you do have a problem just set the vest outside for 30 minutes or open a window. This is such a minor detail when compared to the benefits.This vest is an outstanding value for the price. You get a wonderful addition to your work-out regime that is built to last and will make you/keep you strong.

Fits on petite frame
This fits for a petite frame. I initially ordered a “backpack” but returned it because it was too large even on the tightest setting so it constantly flopped around while jogging. It also sat uncomfortably on my shoulders and neck. This vest is adjustable for petite to large frames with adjustable straps for height and waist. It feels comfortable on the shoulders but it does have A LOT of velcro that can be annoying. The zipper doesn’t close completely and it would have been nice to have a place for my phone. The vest also helps keep the ladies from too much giggling and the need for an added sports bra 😉 This has been suitable for my needs.

I love this vest!
I started walking with a weighted vest in March, 2025. I started with a 12lb vest. After a few months I felt it was time to increase the weight. Also, my old vest had gotten pretty gross due to sweat and sunscreen. I had tried to spot clean it but wasn’t very successful. This vest from Amazon is washable! The weights are all removable and you can actually was the vest. The weight in this vest is adjustable from 1-18 pounds. The vest itself weighs 1 pound empty, and there are 9 weight pouches that can be added to the vest as you gradually increase the weight. The vest fits me very well. It is quite adjustable both in the shoulders and the body. I am 5’1” and around 115lbs. I am able to adjust the vest to fit snugly so it doesn’t flop around. There is also a front zipper so it’s easy to put on. It has Velcro adjustable straps that allow it to fit most body sizes.

We recommend this vest, especially for ‘grounding’
This vest was chosen as a physical therapist advised that a family member would benefit from the ‘grounding effects’ of the weight. The ability to adjust the weight and the larger size of the vest itself were factors for this choice as well. The vest seems well made, does NOT have a smell (big +), and can adjust to fit a 250lb person. He is mostly able to put it on by himself. Loading the weights into the pockets needs to be done before you put it on and takes a bit of practice, but manageable. The vest has been effective at ‘grounding’ and we can recommend it for this purpose.

Great vest. Fully adjustable at shoulders if you like to wear it lower on your body, and firmly at the waist. I love the wide straps at shoulders and substantial velcro straps at waist. Weight is evenly distributed, weight pods can be removed or added to pouches to change resistance. Very sturdy, quality construction. Zipper front makes it easier to put on, just tighten the velcro waist after. Very fast delivery , very impressed.
