Not only is this waist trimmer incredibly easy and comfortable to wear while working out, pairing it with the sweet sweat coconut rub is INSANE. I am writing this after my first workout with it and when I took it off, sweat literally fell out of it like a water fall. Fits well and appropriately priced
I am 172lbs and have a 33″ waist and ordered a small. It fits well and isn’t itchy. Also, it doesn’t slip out of place when I’m exercising. The velcro is pretty snatchy. If you’re looking for a back brace, this is not that kind of product. I’ve only been using it for a couple weeks so I can’t attest to durability. Overall, good price for a decent waist band
