Too Thin
It’s too thin. I purchased it to use during an outdoor sound bath. I was so uncomfortable. I may as well have laid down on the ground.

Very thin
Not very pleased with this mat. First, it’s not nearly as thick as it claims to be, nor as thick as some of the pictures show. It’s about 5/32″ thick – or 4 mm. So if you need any real cushioning from a hard floor, you’re not going to get much padding from this.The material itself is nice enough, and the color is attractive. It comes rolled very tightly, and has a lot of ‘memory’ – it’s really difficult to get it to lie flat on the floor, as it wants to curl back up at the ends. Finally, mine came with dark smudges, and some permanent dents on both sides, possibly from the manufacturing process – like maybe some grease from a machine rubbed off on it. Didn’t really like that it had the appearance of an old mat, despite being brand new.For the price ($20), I don’t really think you’re getting a quality mat.

Great mat to have on hand for houseguests
I ordered this mat to have an extra on hand when my granddaughter visits. She’s very curious about yoga and I’m going to show her some simple stretches. This is a soft, resilient mat in a calming blue that I think she’ll like. I like the included carry strap so that I didn’t need to purchase an extra carry bag. This is a great starter mat for any yogaphile.
