Exceptional product, my ride or die!
I’ve used Vital Vitamins Multi Collagen for a few years now and there is a night and day difference when I run out. I love that they have multiple types of collagen and that it is hydrolyzed which is so important. These are so high quality and an absolute must have if you have any joint pain or for over all wellbeing. The capsule is of normal size, very easy to swallow and dissolve easily with no taste to them. I take them, not for the hair, skin and nails benefits which are a great bonus, but because I have multiple auto immune diseases that affect my joints. THIS HELPS ME MORE THAN ANYTHING I HAVE EVER TAKEN! I feel great when I take this regularly. If I run out and have to wait a day or two for delivery, I can definitely tell a huge difference but luckily they are so fast acting so my joints are happy again within a day! This product is a must have!

This is by far the best collagen supplement I’ve used. It does not upset my stomach past the first few days which is normal when introducing more collagen into your diet. Also, I NOTICE when I don’t take this! In my joints for sure but mostly in my SKIN! My skin looks AMAZING when I take this regularly!

Excellent Product
I use to take Vital Proteins Collagen. It was 360 capsules for 38.00. I went to reorder and it was 60 capsules for the same price! So I started researching other brands I spoke to a cousin who is a Dermatologist and she highly recommended this brand. I have been very happy with this purchase. Vital Proteins was 6 capsules a day, this brand is 3 a day. Also, It has all 5 collagen additives. Ihave noticed a big change in my hair and joints. Extremely happy with this purchase.

My husband and I love this collagen for our joints! I ordered this for the first time a few years ago when my husband couldn’t find the collagen he normally bought at a box store. He started noticing a big difference in how his joints and muscles felt once he started using this formula. He encouraged me to use it, and I’m glad he did! I don’t take something and automatically believe it is going to work for me – it has to actually work, and this does! If we are getting low on collagen and I save the rest for my husband, or if I get out of my routine of taking it daily, I experience a huge difference in how my joints feel. It really helps, especially since I have had increased joint pain with age, and menopause. It helps so much that I’ve gone back to heavy weightlifting like I used to when I was younger. I absolutely recommend trying this.

Great collagen supplement at a great price.
I am very impressed with these collagen supplements. I was pretty skeptical, but after consistently using them, I have noticed improvement in skin, nails, and hair. So much so, that my wife is also taking them and have also recommended them to some friend/family.The pills are normal sized, tasteless pills (not horse pills) and easy to digest. No additional ingredients included according the the label. It took about about a week for me to start seeing results.

Some of the Side Effects of Taking Collagen Supplements (Including the ones I experienced)
I have been taking this product since early March 2025 for joint support. I had also started exercising regularly a few weeks earlier and eating a lot healthier, to reduce my weight and have overall better health. In late March, I noticed a small rash on my inner thigh (it fit under a 2×3 band aid). My doctor couldn’t identify it but, because I’ve had relative who have had Shingles, she said it might be that. I was preventatively prescribed an antibiotic and a topical steroid treatment. They took away the uncomfortable symptoms but the rash remains. I noticed that I also developed very mild acne and brittle finger and toe nails. The acne went away but the brittle nails persist. Because I’d made three changes at about the same time (exercise, diet and collagen supplement), I attributed these issues to my body adjusting, expecting them to resolve over time. I did notice, however, my joints felt better. I recently spoke with my sister and she told me she had tried to take different collagen supplements but they all caused her to have rashes on her inner thighs so she stopped taking them. A lightbulb went off in my head and I looked up the possible side effects of taking collagen supplements. I found listed among them not only the side effects I experienced but those of many other people who provided comments here. I’m sharing the side affects I found on the web, for your awareness and to help in your decision-making about this and other brands. This list is not exhaustive; there may be other side effects.What causes collagen side effects?Collagen intake has its benefits, but some people may exhibit side effects due to various factors, including collagen intolerance and improper collagen dosage. Side effects manifest as clinical symptoms best identified by a medical professional. These symptoms vary from one individual to another:Skin: Rashes, acne breakouts, or general skin inflammation. May be due to collagen sensitivity, chemical additives in collagen supplements, and contaminated natural collagen sources.Liver: Liver fibrosis from excessive accumulation of type I collagen in the liver tissue. May worsen the liver’s condition, as unmanaged liver fibrosis can lead to liver cancer.Kidneys: Kidney stones. Hydroxyproline is a major collagen amino acid that is normally disposed of through the kidneys as oxalate, a kidney stone trigger.Stomach: Digestive problems including diarrhea, constipation, and heartburn, bloating and reduced appetite. Chemical additives greatly contribute to these reactions.Heart: Hypercalcemia (an overaccumulation of calcium which can lead to abnormal heart rhythm).

I’m in my fifties and I started getting mild pain when climbing the stairs. A friend told me to take collagen type II so when I saw this product with collagen type II, I thought I will give it a go. After taking it for a week I found out my joints pain is getting better. I will continue taking this product and hopefully can see more positive results. Thank you.
