Quality product; a comprehensive iron supplement
I recently tried the Vitalibre Iron Supplement 65 mg, and was satisfied with its formula. As someone who is conscious about maintaining optimal iron levels, I appreciate the 13-in-1 blend that includes essential vitamins like C, D3, B6, B12, and folate, along with a plant-based superfood mix.Supplement arrived as described with all safety sales intact. It had an expiration date far into the future to allow ample time to consume. The pressed pills are smaller in size and have a subtle taste or smell as with most press pills. While consuming, I had no adverse reactions. I took the supplement with and without food and other supplements.I also liked the holistic approach with the plant-based superfood blend featuring ingredients like beetroot, spinach, and broccoli, known for their antioxidant properties. In my opinion, the amount per ingredient is adequate. The plant base superfood is a blend in the exact amount of each is unknown.Vitalibre adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines. The supplement is free from sugar, gluten, dairy, soy, wheat, eggs, tree nuts, and peanuts, which is reassuring for those with dietary restrictions.Overall, the Vitalibre Iron Supplement is a good quality and value, making me confident in the choice to consume. Iron supplement
This is an iron supplement. It’s 65mg (361% of daily allowance) taken once a day in an “easy to swallow tablet”. It’s a medium sized tablet but it is not hard to swallow. It also contains the vitamins – Vitamin C, Vitamin D3, Vitamin B6, Folate, and Vitamin B12 (10,417% of daily allowance) although B vitamins are water soluble, I’m not sure why one would need more than 100% of daily allowance?It also contains 150mg PlantBased Superfood Blend- Beet Root Powder, Spinach Powder, Pumpkin Seed Powder, Broccoli Powder, Carrot Root Powder, Dandelion extract, and Nettle Extract.It says that Purity, Potency and Quality are Guaranteed, so that is great and makes me feel more comfortable taking these, since I have never heard of this brand. The bottle arrived double sealed, with the outer plastic seal and the inner seal over the bottle itself.I only received these a few days ago so it’s not been long enough to know if they will actually boost my energy. They did not cause stomach upset or aftertaste. I mainly wanted these for the iron, the other vitamins and superfood blend are an added bonus.

Great to Take After Blood Donation
These Iron supplements are great. I purchased them primarily to take after donating blood to help increase my blood iron levels. I noticed my energy returned to normal levels after just a few days of consuming these. Combined with the B vitamins, these supplements are a quality energy booster. Each serving contains 65 mg of gentle, non-constipating iron with Vitamin C and a B-vitamin complex to ensure optimal absorption and support for energy metabolism. I like the plant-based superfood blend, which includes beetroot, spinach, and pumpkin seed. The capsules are clean and sugar/gluten, as well as soy and dairy free. Perfect for breastfeeding moms!
I just gave birth to my 6th baby 2 weeks ago and am taking beef organ pills but wanted something like this to xover my multivitamin bases. I was super happy when I researched the ingredients of this one and saw it contains multiple Galactatagogues, known historically to increase or enrich milk supply. It doesn’t make me feel sick and my husband has been taking it daily too without complaints, and he is picky. Plus it does not turn urine neon color, which shows its not full of synthetic, poorly absorbed vitamins. Would definitely recommend!

Large pills
The supplement bottle is sealed well. It is a multi-vitamin so be cautious about taking these in conjunction with other supplements as there may be some overlap.The pills are a bit large for me so I would have preferred for them to be split into 2 servings to make them easier to swallow.The quality is good and the price is fair at $15 after coupon.

Suited for Those With Iron Deficiency Anemia, Not General Use as a Supplement
As stated on the website this iron supplement contains 65 mg of iron and also includes C, D3, B6, B12, and folate, plus a premium plant-based superfood blend. I started using it and by the next day and for a few days after using it my system started getting stopped up, almost blocked, so I discontinued use. They are easy to swallow, which is good.Some sources say adults under 51 years old can start with 30 to 90 mg/day as a supplement, and it’s best portioned in smaller doses during the day. With the strength of these tablets that isn’t possible. For those 51 years and older, it’s not recommended to go over 40 mg/day, again divided doses- so these aren’t suitable for that age group- unless someone is diagnosed with iron deficiency anemia, then follow doctor’s recommendations.There’s also a warning to keep out of reach of children, as accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6.

High Quality Ingredients, Quick Wellness Impact
I take iron for anemia and B12 for energy. I really like the combination of vitamims and minerals in this supplement as it is convenient and cost effective. I am impressed with how quickly I felt a boost in energy. The dosage for me is accurate without being too high and wasteful. The addition of vitamin C helps with iron absorption. The pills are small, easy to swallow, and did not cause any digestive issues or foul taste. I find this to be an excellent value for a quality and effective supplement.
