Muy buen suplemento nutricional, había usado antes BCAA , contiene los aminoácidos esenciales para la formación de la proteínas necesarias que cumplen la función de restaurar los músculos y energía , este realmente funciona , luego de jornadas de trabajo o de entrenamiento no está demás ayudar al organismo a recuperarse un poco . I like the taste of these and when I take them consistently I do feel my recovery is better than without it. My husband took them from me and now I have to buy it for the both of us, so I take that as they are good!!

Not a great taste
Got these for my daughter. She did not like the taste. I tried them, considered returning them. Probably the worst peach flavored item I’ve ever had. They need to either switch flavors or use more peach flavoring.

Dosage is not enough for any human body
This is probably my fault for not doing my research, but I took these for weeks before discovering that 600mg is basically nothing when it comes to BCAAs. This works out to less than 1 gram. For BCAA supplements to have any affect at all, you need to be taking 10 times that much. That means that if you ignored the dosage instructions on the bottle and took 10 times that, you’d be out of gummies in 3 days. So this product is a money scam. Look for the powders instead and pay attention to grams per dose.
