True to fit
Very comfy. Works like a charm. Works like it’s supposed to. I had to get a smaller size after a couple months because it worked so well.

Soft but firm shapeware. Arrived on time. Size chart accurate. I purchased a 2x normally 12/14 and it fits snug on first row. Great purchase!

Worth the money
I recently tried the YADIFEN Waist Trainer for Women, and here’s my honest take on it.**Design and Material**The first thing I noticed was the high-quality neoprene material. It’s flexible and feels durable. The inside layer is surprisingly soft, making it comfortable to wear for longer periods. The zipper closure is a game-changer for me—so much easier than fiddling with hooks.**Fit and Comfort**I was impressed by how well it fit. I did make sure to measure myself carefully using the size chart, which I’d recommend because the sizing can be a bit tricky. Once I got the right size, it hugged my waist nicely without feeling too tight. The adjustable straps were a big plus, keeping it secure during my workouts.**Performance**I could definitely feel it working during my workouts. It increased thermal activity, making me sweat more and feel like I was getting a better workout. It also provided great lower back support, which helped improve my posture—a nice bonus!**Durability**After a few weeks of use, it’s holding up well. The neoprene still looks and feels good, and the zipper is strong. To small
The sizing is terrible. Im usually a size medium, but after reading other reviews about size I, and looking at the chart. I got a large. Even with the smaller size I managed to squeeze into it. It is comfortable when not pushing on everything.

This is AMAZING! Holds all my flabby bits in while offering wonderful support for your back. This helps with posture which in turn helps my back pain. There are a couple things you should know before you order just FYI and as to not make the same sizing mistake I did.1) This is true to the sizing guide. I’m not sure if the material is different on the different color trainers but when I tell you not to size down I mean it! I made the mistake of reading reviews thar stated to buy a size small for my height and weight even though the guide said a large. Guess what, the small was so small when it arrived it wouldn’t even come close to wrapping around me! I sent that back, got the large and presto, perfect fit! The trainer I purchased is the grey/black. I’m 5’0 and around 140-145 lbs. I’m quite busty and we’ll say “mature” in age. This smooths all the things out and keeps them from spilling over where they should not. It also lifts the girls to a place they have not been in a while which is a bonus 😉2) It does smell but not so much so that you can smell it while wearing. I’m sure that will fade over time. With this material it really can’t be helped I don’t think.3) Prepare to sweat! This thing definitely makes you do so even when just standing still. I took my mile lunch walk today and definitely felt the burn!If you’re on the fence I say just go for it! At this price point you can’t go wrong! I’ll be buying another so I can alternate and not have to wash daily. Great product!

Die Größen laut Tabelle stimmen nicht. Ich hab schon eine Größe kleiner bestellt und trotzdem noch zu groß. Es wirft Falten und schneidet an den Trägern ein egal wie weit diese gestellt sind
