Weights are great, the case for storage is extremely hard to open, so much so I have to leave the case open because I cannot open it by myself.

A great set of I was perfectly functional weights
My physical trainer told me to get these. I really like everything about them. The texture of the grip is perfect so that they don’t slip at all and feel really comfortable in the hand.And the colors are great.I really like how they fit in the case too.I’m very happy with them.

Perfect for beginners or older folks
I was looking for a starter hand weight set to help me rebuild muscle mass (I’m 68). I have arthritis in both hands and my grip is limited. I feel comfortable with these weights and the progression of size is perfect for now. By using resistance I am noticing my arm tone is returning. The case to hold them is a plus (though I leave it unmatched as its hard for me to open). Great purchase!
