Clever, adjustable weights that add a kick to a walk, but they are a little chunky!
These adjustable wrist and ankle weights are actually pretty great for adding resistance to my daily walk or flow. Getting them as a set of 2 is amazeballs, and the fact that you can adjust the weight is a smart design move-I had to start out light! They’re a nice, easy way to get a little extra out of my exercise without having to think too hard about it.👍 ProsThe set of 2 is practical, so I can use them on both wrists or ankles right away.The design is adjustable, which is perfect for customizing the intensity of my walk or workout.**It comes with a little zip bag to keep them in so you don’t loose any weights & they stay nice & clean when stored. Little things like that I appreciate from a brand.**👎 ConsThey can feel a bit bulky, which interferes a little with smooth movement while walking and sometimes bothers my old broken ankle injury.They’re not exactly subtle, so be prepared for a bit of a chunky look.
