Firm, supportive blocks with no give
These are high-density blocks in the true sense — they’re solid and don’t collapse when leaned on. I’ve used cheaper foam blocks before, and these are noticeably firmer and more stable.They’re lightweight but still feel durable, making them easy to move around during workouts. The size is standard and works well for yoga poses, stretching, and general mobility exercises.No strong chemical smell out of the package, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, these feel like quality blocks that should last a long time

These seem high quality and sturdy. I use them for a couple of stretching exercises and they support my weight well. I wouldn’t put all my weight on them but they can handle enough for the necessary support.
