The best treadmill I’ve ever owned
Great treadmill!!! I was so impressed with how it was packaged. Attention to detail was amazing. It was extremely easy to set up, although it took a little longer than 15 minutes. It is the perfect size and has plenty of programs and functions., including incline which is a big bonus! It runs very smoothly and I love how quiet it is compared to my last treadmill.I have been using it consistently for one week now and absolutely love it. I would highly recommend it!

Good and simple treadmill for a small home or apartment
Bought this treadmill in Decemeber 2025. Easy to assemble. So far very happy with it, but I would be interested to see how long the motor lasts etc. Cannot give 5 stars unless i see how long it last. It is a well designed product for someone who needs a solid and simple treadmill for home or apartment. The footprint of the treadmill (space occupied) is small, so ideal for a small room.

Perfect for seniors
We had a Horizon treadmill for the last 20 years or so that suddenly died a few weeks ago. My wife and I try to walk at least 2 miles per day. I found this treadmill for less than it would cost to fix our Horizon so I thought I’d try it. It arrived promptly. I’m 70 years old and was able to bring it into the house with a two wheel dolly. I was very impressed with the packaging as it was cushioned and supported with styrofoam, rigid cardboard and thin plywood. It took less than 30 minutes after unpacking to assemble, just a few screws and didn’t have to adjust the mat, it runs straight. We both walked on it minutes after assembly with no belt slippage.It was very easy to start and has several options or you can pick your own pace and time. We love the buttons on the handles that control the speed and incline, just touch with a finger without having to let go. It is a bit shorter and more narrow than our old one but I’m 6’1″ with a long stride and have no problem. So far it seems to be a sturdy and well built machine, heavy enough but not difficult to move.

Quality material and construction + great performance
I did a lot of research before choosing this particular treadmill in this price range. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with it in terms of its performance, design and ease/speed of initial setup. At 6′-2″ I was afraid I might need its bigger brother but not so. Most of all I wanted the auto incline feature and I’m sure glad I didn’t compromise on that in my choosing. I’m knocking on 80 and wanted it only for walking but you can surely run on it. I foolishly turned the speed up, one time only, to 8 mph, which forces you to run and fast. My favorite settings are 3 degree incline and 3.0 mph. The display is really good quality. The 3.5hp brushless motor is super quiet even at high speed. and the packaging was very good and highly protective. I would definitely buy again. Thank you Borgusi.

buyer beware
The treadmill did not power on after assembly & customer service was only possible thru Amazon messaging ( no customer support# or website). I was offered $30 credit if I would try their “5 step” approach to self repair that I received thru a messaged link. When I opened the motor to start the process, I could see the ground wire to power switch was not connected (this step was not on the list, but was obvious). As soon as I fixed the power switch & started the machine, It stopped & an error warning appeared on the screen.After 2 significant problems occurred BEFORE setting a foot on this clearly cheap, defective product I decided that I needed to return & refund.Although I was refunded promptly, Burgosi insisted that I keep the defective treadmill & refused to pick it up or send me a prepaid label to return the gigantic, 120 LB box, making disposal MY problem. Amazon was useless in resolving this & after numerous calls to Amazon & online chatting they stuck me the the problem of disposal. I resolved this problem myself by hauling it out of my basement (with a dolly I had to pay $100 for on Amazon) & leaving it @ Amazon return desk @ Kohls as the clerk was attempting to tell me I needed to bring it to UPS (WITHOUT providing a prepaid label for me), I kept walking out of the store & ignored her.I bought the treadmill based on positive reviews including “great customer service”). The customer service required me to attempt to repair defective product for a $30 payout that was never given. The treadmill appeared to be cheap & shoddy & I cannot speak to its ability to function as it never actually worked. The amount of time & aggravation I went thru trying to get Amazon to remove this piece of crap from my home I will never be compensated for but have learned the lesson of being skeptical of reviews & to never buy large electronic product thru Amazon again as they will refund but not pick up defective merchandise & rather point he finger of blame on their “3rd party sellers” & leave the paying customer with the problem of disposal/removal.BUYER BEWAREI advise buying a treadmill from a brick & mortar store that will guarantee returns & buy one that costs a little more & is built better. This was by far my most disappointing purchase EVER on Amazon & I buy lots of things
