The first waist trainer that I ever had that feels secure and comfortable. It is true to size and I’m not struggling to breathe. I am going through postpartum and it has reduced pain in my lower back. Definitely will be ordering more as it is great quality and is worth the money.

BEST waist trainer
I tried every type of waist trainer and faja (and yes I tried the REAL colombian ones) since I had surgery, but let me tell you all of them aren’t comfy at all and we all know that eventually you stop wearing them consistently. This one is soooo comfy but still TIGHT. Worth it for sure BUY IT

This had my waist snatched! And it held in place without digging into my body. It was super easy to put on compared to others I have owned and as a bonus gave some really great back support

great product for a few weeks
**2nd update** After purchasing a size small, once the medium became too stretched out/stopped fitting well around my torso, I thought it would be better. But after about 2 months, the small is also becoming too stretched out, and is actually smaller height wise than the medium. So it becomes difficult to keep it holding/covering my lower abdomen & the upper portion of my torso.Overall these are good, but only for so long.**update** within 2 days of this review, one of the velcro squares of the top band lost the stitching and started to come off.**Im 5ft 3 inches, and around 180lbs.Purchased a large, despite according to the size/measurement chart should’ve gotten an XL. Never having worn a waist trainer before, this was a learning curve. But within 2 weeks it became very easy, and saw immediate difference. Only wore 4 hours, every day for 2 weeks, then began wearing 8/9 hours a day for the past 3 weeks. I sit majority of my workday, and this doesn’t roll up, but does bulge at the bottom near my lower abdomen. Absolutely recommend wearing a body suit underneath, or long tank top, as the material/velcro does leave impressions/temp marks on the skin.**I do occasionally feel discomfort on my right rear rib cage sometimes, only subsides when I remove the waist trainer.**I now need to size down, as how far I stretch it over the other side leaves about 2 inches over the non velcro part of the band, which makes the velcro catch on my clothing often.

Velcro over hooks.
I get such a tighter fit with the Velcro than I do with hooks. My previous waist trainer was a bust because my belly would burst through the spaces where the hooks weren’t holding me in.THIS beauty kept everything snatched and my posture right.Very adjustable and so comfortable to wear.I wish I had found this sooner!!!

Great quality & very snug! I got a large and it fit perfectly. Does take some getting used to with the tightness. Definitely sweat with it as well.

Definitely love at first use!!! Where has this been all my life? Perfect design and structure, great quality and fit – compression & support on all target areas like its custom-made for me. It doesn’t slide or pop out of position (high quality velcro), very snug yet breathable (strong material), and it gives a nice & seamless curvy silhouette with a posture correcting bonus. I’ve been using it in my sports and fitness trainings, as well as casual wear, and I’m so happy with this product!

Very well made and comfortable. Love the length. Im 5’8 and it fits my torso well.However, sizing is way off. By measure Im an XXL. Ordered the XL and I wpuld have to make it as tight as possible, so no room for it to stretch. Go 2 sizes down

This is the best waist trainer I have ever bought. It is easy to wear with the 3 straps and shapes your body really well. I think that is great quality for the price and it is breathable like it doesn’t restrict your breathing. The only thing I would say is size down I am usually a size medium but I bought a size small and it fits exactly how I would like.
