thickness is perfect, not too thin where it would bite into your foot or wherever you have it wrapped during yoga, and not too ridiculously wide, Double D ring buckle for quick tightening, and mostly its comfortable

We use in our gym
This is the exact belt we use in our yoga, stretch etc classes in the gym so I know they are very well made and strong. I do wish Giam would include their name somewhere on the belt. I’m glad I have my own belt now.

Instead, I discovered muscles I didn’t know existed and a deep appreciation for just how far away my toes really are.This strap is AMAZING. It’s sturdy, durable, and long enough to make me feel like a Cirque du Soleil understudy… or at least someone who might be able to reach her feet by Christmas. I used it during a hamstring stretch and let out a sound my dog still hasn’t recovered from.
