Perfect combo of firm and a little give ….
Purchased this roller because it has a little give when you use it and it has a non-slip surface.The exercises on a roller are the perfect compliment to Pilates and allow for many similar exercises without having a reformer.Previously I had the Amazon basic one, but it was very had and often hurt my back rather than releasing it while doing exercises.With this one, it is easier to gently roll and release a tight back as well as use it against a wall.It has not lost firmness or shape after about 3 months of use so far, will update should something change.

Good product, it’s a smaller one but helps with my back pain. It’s SUPER light weight and easy to store. It’s super hard and the little sections don’t stick out much. It’s pretty durable and i like it

High Density Foam Roller True to Statement
I didn’t know exactly how dense the high density roller was until I used it. It does put more pressure on the muscles when rolling. I would recommend for a user who has the need for high density, for me, it was a bit too much. I like the roller. It is sturdy and easy to use and seems very high quality. I just can’t use it for very long.

Great value for the price
I love that it’s short enough to pack in a carryon but still long enough to get the job done. Sturdy but comfortable and well made. Possibly the best tool for strengthening deep core and back muscles. Would definitely purchase again.

I really like this foam roller. It’s light but solid – not squishy, which is what I need for the kinds of exercises I’m doing. Softer rollers can dent; this one doesn’t. The surface is grippy, which makes it easier to use, and the width is great for a variety of exercises.

Definitely Worth Every Penny!
I was hesitant at first, I must admit; but, overall, I am genuinely very impressed with the quality, texturing, dimension(s), and upmost professional, innovational craftsmanship of this product. The price tag associated with this unique product should honestly be much higher considering how much of a well-made item this truly is. When I first stumbled upon this product on Amazon, I really thought that there’d be no way on Earth that this foam roller would be able to support me without changing shape and/or deteriorating. Surprisingly enough though, it doesn’t change shape, deteriorate, or “give out” at all while using it. After finding this product, I immediately went to search for something else that I thought would be of better quality, something that wasn’t made of foam. I failed at finding an alternative product that wasn’t made of foam, and now I’m actually glad that I couldn’t find anything else as an alternative to this foam product. I am very pleased and happy with this purchase. I definitely recommend this product.

They sent the used one which had damage marks.
Make sure you check whether it has the thin plastic wrap and paper wrap.My first ordered roll had damage marks all over. After i request the replacement, i noticed that the new one had the thin plastic wrapping around with paper wrap as well.But, The product itself is good.

Sono un runner ed ho acquistato questo rullo per sciogliere un po’ i muscoli dopo gli allenamenti. Essendo un principiante con il foam roller, ho seguito i suggerimenti trovati in rete e ho preferito un rullo liscio ed un po’ più lungo del normale. Per ora mi sto trovando bene. Se anche voi siete al primo rullo, il fatto che sia liscio e non abbia rilievi o produberanze eccessive, aiuta ad avere un massaggio più morbido e rilassante (soprattutto per chi non è abituato). La lunghezza invece aiuta nelle zone più estese (come la schiena o gli esercizi a doppia gamba) a non fare “scappare” il rullo da sotto. Per quanto riguarda la durezza invece siamo a metà, ne troppo morbido ne troppo duro. Direi giusto così. La lunghezza è di 44 cm ed il diametro di 14 cm abbondanti. Spero di esservi stato utile. Lo utilizo para descargar la musculatura de espalda y piernas.El producto está bien y es práctico. Es de espuma y aunque es más o menos rígido tiene cierta flexibilidad en superficie, no es como otros formatos que son más duros o firmes, así que si no quieres uno muy duro, este servirá.

Unabhängig von dem tollen Preis ist die Rolle extrem gut verarbeitet und besteht aus angenehm weichem Material. Obwohl die Härte mittel bis hart sein soll, ist die Rolle angenehm weich und wesentlich weicher als die klassischen Rollen aus anderem Material, die als weich betitelt werden. Die verschiedenen Farben sind auch toll und die extra Grösse ebenso. Sehr zu empfehlen!
