These work so well I purchased 2 more. They are quality made and I like them better than any of the other half rounds I’ve tried. They are the perfect thickness and firmness. They can be used either way flat side up or down. I use them to stretch my calves and feet to help with plantar fasciitis. I also put one on an office chair to help with proper posture and back positioning. It’s also a great size for portability and I’ve taken it on trips. Highly recommend this brand and this half round.

This is a good length and height. It is perhaps a bit too firm for my liking, though I can deal with it. I would still recommend it to anyone who needs a half circle foam roller.

Chiropractor recommended!
This medium density foam half circle has been perfect for my husband’s back. His Chiropractor told him it would help his scoliosis and enable him to stand up straighter and it has! This half circle has been much more comfortable than the full circle one he used to have because it doesn’t roll around!

Very nicely finished all over. This is harder/denser than a normal foam roller so it’s great for footwork. Definitely worth the price.

A 4.5 stars.I discovered this through the Nutritous Movement site for a calf stretch. From there, I ended up finding other movement exercises using this handly little prop, including using it for floor sitting, helping to keep my head/neck in a good position when lying on the floor, balance work, stretch/fidget prop at my standing desk – lots of uses. It doesn’t take up much space. I wish it were maybe 1-inch longer (for a particular shoulder opener stretch), but that’s just me looking for something wrong with it.
