great for leg cramps
I like taking vitamins, I’m opposed to medication. If there is a natural way to help with my medical issues vitamins are my first go to. For me medication messes with my stomach to much… so I was told about Nature Sunshine supplements; I tried them and liked them. These magnesium complex help with leg cramps. I used to get the worst cramps, waking up screaming and writhing in pain.. but not any more…These supplelements help me so much..I hope I can continue buying them from Amazon !
