Adding weights to your legs or using resistance bands can increase resistance and enhance your workout.
【Gentle on Your Knees】Compared with some high-intensity aerobic exercise, such as running, skipping, etc., Niceday stairmaster machine is a low-impact exercise. It puts less pressure on the knee joint and does not have to worry about excessive damage to the joint, which is a very good choice for those who do not have good joints or are just starting to exercise.

Perfect addition 🏆
Since my initial review crafted a cool way to use the stepper. This helps increase my pulse and is fun, to me. I have a basic tread mill. Nothing fancy. Top speed 3.8 mph. It has varying speeds and tracks all the basics, steps completed, speed, calories burned, etc.Bringing this equipment together with the tread to increase my pulse for better fitness results set up the stepper in front of the tread. I begin walking for a bit, then get on the step. Sprint upstairs. Then, back to the tread. Like interval training.Upon reading The One Minute Workout that explains the science behind sprints over distance gave me the idea for how to use the tread and stepper in unison. The tread doesn’t elevate my pulse. My heart is pretty sedate most of the time 🙂 And doing the step over and over it gets to be a bit much for me. But using both equipment in unison I’m enjoying the variety and happy my pulse is growing faster. When it’s obnoxiously cold or hot outside or the air quality dips due to the Canada wild fires … this happens a lot during warmer months impedes consistent enjoyment of outdoor activities.Though cold weather doesn’t keep me indoors I’m not as active in the community garden. Because it’s dormant for half the year, November through March.I’m super stoked to have designed this variation of activity. Which is helping my need to be more aerobic. But I often times a chill person who enjoys low impact fitness like Horse Stance, Planck, etc.Since my knees suffered from military service have improved their use with nutrients and inserts, but not distance running to reduce chances for injury. This also limits any regular knee use in lots of capacities. But this home invention is low impact for the step as its movement that’s regulated. Plus, the tread gives me a break from climbing stairs at a speed that works for where I’m at physically.I’ve had zero pain and have been able to increase the distance and amount of time of use.The tracker on this device is super helpful to crafting goals and I don’t need to count or keep track while exercising. Freeing my brain up for other things to enjoy like a book, show, etc.One more reason to enjoy this stepper. Plus maybe my idea will help someone else for ideas. It first nice in front of the tread and is easy to hop and off to switch with the tread. Kneeing the heart rate going. With varying interval training options. The book is worth a read to make sense of why this would be of great value. And the amount of time spent can be less than longer distances walking or running, etc. Why is explained in the book. To include why the military changed how they train as a result of the data.Overall, for the affordability and varying options am even more pleased with this purchase and my heart rate.Walk and step varying helps me wanna go further and longer because I’m not tiring out on the step and stopping. And not going longer on the tread as a benign speed that did not increase my heart rate as much. Similar to this device. 🏆Definitely recommend this product/ updateWanting to add another tool to the home gym involving stairs. An impossible feat until this gem. For the low star reviewers, this is not your gym version machine. If you want that type of equipment get a gym membership. This is not comparable. The video holding the phone is not revealing the smooth typical flow when I’m using the machine. The flow is easy, simple, and low impact for injury, imo. I’m 60 years old and in good shape. I do regular squat and horse stance fitness. My experience so far is this device is not easy at the beginning. The movement is, but longevity is a process. Add a little more each use. When it becomes easy upon graduating to the third foot setting for resistance is a progressive sanctification process for wellness.Climbing real stairs isn’t difficult or if it is this bad boy can change this, and to me this shouldn’t be either. It is meant to assimilate stairs. Continuously. Low impact movement to build wellness, muscle, balance, the list is endless. For those who want the ability to climb stairs at home for longevity goals and it needs to be able to fit in your home, this may be your dream device. Why?Besides a fantastic price and portability …Ease of assembly. Ease of workout anywhere. In front of the television, in the bedroom, youth wants to borrow for their bedroom, etc this is a win.The tracker is fantastic. Basic reporting of count or how many steps. Time in. Calories burned. Reps accomplished. Uber compact was. This gadget hides in a closet, behind a door, under a bed, more.Based on my extensive experience with modest priced equipment like this as far as quality build, for the price, and usefulness this is a ten star win.Another perk, three foot settings. Flat is a great place to begin. Progress to a slight bend in the feet. Why is this a benefit, muscle building. Assisting with fitness similar to blue zones around the world. One of the main lifestyle choices for those people is walking up hill. This contributes to wellness in ways studied extensively.Better leg strength using this device and the Horse Stance are premium wellness activities. If you need different resistance join a gym or spend more.If you want to walk up endless stairs to contribute to wellness this is the Mecca of movement to climb the stairway to the proverbial heaven dream tool for the home, travel, where ever.Even a warm sunny day outdoors. This gadget’s got you where ever you are 🏆⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🏋🏼♀️

Great machine for the price!!
Works as described! Very easy assembly. I am tall and have big feet(size 11 women’s) I have to put my foot a little over the top edge of the pedal so it doesn’t put so much strain on my ankle. It has decent tension but you can add resistance bands to increase the tension. Very compact for easy storage as well. I was on it for approximately 3 mins and I was feeling the burn and my heart rate was up. So I think it will be a good workout. Easy to use while watching TV and working from home, etc. much cheaper than a stair master. My 10 year old is comfortable using it as well.

Not bad for the price.
Easy to put together. Took just a few minutes. Lightweight and easy enough to move around. There is no way to increase the resistance but length of time on the stepper is your workout. There’s 3 foot adjustments for the for pedals which raise our lower your heel just enough to work front of thigh work heel up or hammies, glutes work lower heel. Have found how far you lean over bar can add to what area you are working. Arms/shoulders get tired from having to hold on I think due to angle of stepper. If you could adjust the resistance I would have given 5 stars.

Good Workout!
If you’re looking for a good workout at home this is it!! Easy to stow away but doesn’t take up space if you choose to leave it out.

Doable
It is easy to assemble. Not enough resistance and cannot add resistance bands.

Causes knee and back pain
I have been using this for a few months. The price point was very attractive and it was a sturdy machine. Here is the issue that I thought might pass after getting in better shape. This machine won’t give you the same workout actually climbing steps or an electric stair machine. I am tall (6 feet) and I find it gives me knee problems and while it gives my core a workout, it also has been causing back strain. I only use it a few times a week but ended up getting bad back pain that I believe is related to this machine since it started after I started using it more often. If you are looking at a stationary machine I recommend a treadmill, elliptical or bike over this. It isn’t worth the potential joint and spine issues.

Leg killer
This thing provides a fabulous cardio workout that will have your legs screaming for you to stop.It weighs about 30 lbs and folds flat for storage. I bought it to compliment the rower’s workout. I set it against the wall, right behind the rower for storage. Easy peasy to grab and set up for a workout. One reviewer complained about its lack of resistance. Do not worry. This thing will kick your butt!! The different pedal positions do make a difference, as well.I workout til it says 1,000 on the screen. It takes me 20 minutes-ish, sometimes a little more, sometimes a little less. I do most of it without touching the hand rail to maximize the core muscles involvement. I am absolutely beat at the end. It is slowly getting a little easier. My workout partner is pretty tough and 28 years younger than me and she struggles, as well. We do the same workouts. I am 58 years old, female, 5’11” tall, and 150 lbs for reference. I can do chin-ups and I workout with weights, too, but this thing made me hurt the most. Lol.I bought mine on sale for $99.99. Worth every penny! No buyer’s remorse whatsoever. It’s simple, pretty quiet, easy on your joints, doesn’t need electricity, easy to store, and provides a butt-kicking cardio workout.
