Tried it, returned it.
OK, so it’s the new year & I wanted a small type of machine I could use easily. And in all fairness, I didn’t want to wait a couple weeks for my first choice. The pros for this are that it was easy to assemble (it was minimal-just attaching feet and the hand bands), it is easy to use with or without the hand bands, the counter seems easy enough to understand, it’s light enough to move easily to wherever you want to use it and it seems sturdy and well made. The issue I have is the movement of it. It seems kind of jerky and not a smooth gliding rhythm that I envisioned from this style of machine. Maybe that will come with more use, as I’ve only had this a couple days. I also haven’t noticed that it increases my heart rate, but I have noticed that my legs and feet are feeling the muscle usage. At any rate, it’s better to use this off and on while watching tv than doing nothing.UPDATE: it has not gotten smoother. I also feel like the amount of movement is not enough due to the springs being very tight. Going to return it and just wait for the one I really wanted. PS The pictures of it are distord/photoshopped as the board look much larger than they are. The board is only about 21 inches end to end.

Una cosa mi dà davvero fastidio e sono le foto non veritiere. In quelle in cui si spinge la bontà dell’attrezzo sembra grande quanto una tavola da surf. In quelle dove si vuole puntare sul fatto che sia facile da riporre sembra un vassoio da tè.Ora…non è grande come sembra in alcune foto, anzi è piuttosto piccolo.È quindi effettivamente facile da mettere via quando non lo si usa.L’ho provato oggi e devo ammettere che, anche se mi aspettavo qualcosa di più grande e quindi con un movimento più ampio, i muscoli si sentono lavorare.È silenzioso, il movimento è fluido.Glutei e cosce lavorano bene grazie alla tensione delle molle.Non somiglia affatto al movimento dello sci come mi aspettavo, ma è un modo per allenare le gambe in previsione dello sci e Senza sovraccarico delle articolazioni.Tutto sommato sembra un buon prodotto e fa il suo lavoro.

Los primeros minutos conviene ir despacio hasta pillarle el punto: al principio te pide equilibrio, pero en cuanto encuentras el “flow” se vuelve casi rítmico. Yo la uso en bloques de 10–15 minutos y, si quiero apretar, aumento velocidad o hago intervalos (suave-rápido). Después de un rato notas piernas activas, sobre todo en muslos y glúteo. Para más seguridad, ayuda ponerla cerca de una pared o un respaldo los primeros días.Lo mejorable ⚠️Si eres principiante en equilibrio, los primeros entrenos requieren calma (mejor zapatillas y superficie estable).La pantalla da una referencia útil, pero las calorías siempre son estimadas; mejor usarlo como guía, no como dato exacto.VeredictoUna opción muy buena para quien quiere cardio en casa compacto, silencioso y sin impacto, con una sensación diferente al stepper clásico y fácil de usar a diario. Bello e ben fatto.Attrezzo solido, ben costruito, buoni materiali.Movimento silenzioso e discretamente fluido.Regge bene il peso di un adulto.Quanto sia valido l’esercizio non lo so, sembra un po’ di andare in skateboard o sugli sci ma la realtà è ben diversa.A ogni modo l’equilibrio è messo alla prova e con esso anche tutta la muscolatura funzionale.
