A “Family Fitness Essential” Loved by Both Kids and AdultsI originally bought this for myself to practice balance, but my 8-year-old ended up fighting over it! It’s easy to assemble and incredibly stable—even when my 200-pound self stands on it, there’s no wobbling. My kid uses it for “balance games,” while I do simple squats and core exercises on it.

Needs better protective strips
The wood pieces and the screws assembled together nicely. The problem is protective strips on the bottom of the roller pieces. First, the strip adhesive was not effective; part of the strip was already loose when the box was opened. More significantly, the strip began to fall apart after less than 5 minutes of use on a hardwood floor.
