Comfortable, Practical and Sturdy
This was a FABULOUS FIND! I love to do Yoga and also meditate. I am in my 60s and for a while, I have been more limited in the lotus position as a base. This meditation cushion has enabled me to enjoy, with no pain, the lotus position. I use it for meditation and certain Yoga poses.The wedges can be adjusted in different ways, when I get up I can use it to support my knees and can get up with ease.It is sturdy but light enough that I can carry it with ease. I highly recommend it for both Yoga and Meditation.

Comfort for my meditation and sound baths
I purchased this to take with me when I go to meditation classes and sound baths that I attend and offer. I am very happy with it! The strap makes it easy to carry with me and the cushion filling creates a perfect cradle that is easy to adjust by shaping it to my needs. I really like the knee supports as well. Not only are they nice for support during meditation, but I use them for cushion under my knees or arms while laying on the floor. It’s really a lot of options at a great price!

An impressive initial experience. Solved a serious life-long challenge (see lower down, paragraph 6)! The set has an effective design with a nice neutral, smooth fabric (94.5% polyester, 5.5% spandex – as per tag on pillow). The pillow is filled with buckwheat husk and the knee cushions with 40D foam, providing a kind of comfort and support never experienced before.There is some clarity called for regarding the product construction & care, which leads me to have have concerns regarding the longevity & ongoing effective care & maintenance of this product.Unfortunately, the product arrived missing any kind of product information, instructions, guide, or care directions etc. (this appears unique to me from reading other reviews). Somewhat confusingly, no information is available online. There’s no downloadable pdf, or instructional online resources relating to this product anywhere outside of this page. Amazon directs you to simply “contact the manufacturer”, with there being no apparent way to do so.Fortunately, the tag on the main pillow provides composition and some care instructions BUT.. confusingly, they don’t fully align with the information in the product listing in several aspects.A minor one being that the listing notes that the outer fabric (which is a polyester blend, not mentioned in the listing, and ought to be) cannot be removed from the inner foam – but that is untrue, there are very well sewn in, smooth zippers on each block which allows for easy separation(?).Now, for the *REALLY* GOOD stuff! Obviously it helps overcome flexibility and joint challenges, but for me it did something close to MIRACULOUS. Perhaps someone can relate: I’ve often found the combination of sitting up straight (standard meditation pose) while also relaxing my entire abdomen to allow the “belly breathing” almost impossible.. and actually impossible for extended periods . My lower abdominals always just naturally engages and its a recurring struggle through every practice, or rather, it WAS.Using this Floor Pillow, specifically with the Knee Cushions, magically put me in the PERFECT posture with total ease and COMFORT and magically allowed my entire abdominals to immediately relax INSTANTLY, and stay that way – even for extended periods. NO MORE STRUGGLE!!! For the first time in my life. I might as well have been floating on a cloud.(The foam blocks are also VERY useful in certain yoga poses / stretches, providing a MUCH better result and variations from standard hard “blocks”. Get creative: Deepen child pose, find a new safe wrist flex & strengthening strategy, to name a few.)
