Durable; no too stretchy
It was okay. Zipper was a bit uncomfortable. Helped me sweat and gave me a snatched look. It helped keep my back aligned yet it was uncomfortable due to my long torso. In some areas it would dig in my skin but it all depends on your body type so don’t let that discourage you. It helped tone my stomach and with the weight as well. Maybe a barrier between the skin would help. Try and leave a review on your experience

Best bang for your buck – if in b’t sizes order up
I purchased this to use at my job at UPS loading package cars. I bought an identical one several months ago in a medium and it is a little too big. Unfortunately, the small is a little too small. This is obviously not a fault of the seller or the product, but just unfortunate for me individually. The seller (I believe) does recommend choosing the larger size if your measurements fall in between and I agree with that information.The smaller size will not stay below my natural waistline for lower back support and the larger one will not cinch tightly enough with the primary belt, but the secondary straps will.Given this, the small would be ideal as a waistline trainer, but does not work for me as a support belt.Finally, the upgraded version of this product included in the available colors for a dollar more fits perfectly in the small.The product is very well made and unbeatable for the price. I highly recommend it to anyone who does not have current back issues and simply wants additional support for protection from injuries incurred during moderate to heavy lifting.I paid at least 50% more for several other back belts of nearly identical design and they have fallen apart.I would follow the seller’s suggestion and choose a size up if measurements fall in between and w’o question pay for the upgraded version of this specific product from this specific seller.The newer version didn’t arrive when expected, but I live in the country and deliveries are often delayed by no fault of the sender.I wear the belt six days a week for five hours a day over a thin tank top b’c the neoprene irritates my skin so I sometimes have spots where the shirt and the belt pinch if I don’t get the fabric smooth enough before tightening the secondary straps.I wash it 2-3 times a week b’c it will make you sweat in your midsection during physical activity even if nowhere else. I put it in a lingerie bag and let it air dry.I have been loading package cars and using a back belt for eleven months and this one has been far and away the best at any price point in terms of value, durability and functionality.If I could make any changes it would be to make the entire belt and the straps about 3-4 inches wider and the fuzzy side of the velcro on the main belt extend further to allow for a tighter fit.Hope this helps. I have no idea if this is effective or safe for someone with existing injuries or back issues and would recommend taking it to the doctor with you for approval if that is what you need to safely lift heavy things, but I would absolutely try this one and ask your doctor if it would suffice before spending more money for the same basic design.

It’s an okay product
First thing I encountered with this is by the sizing chart I am supposed to fit in a large, so I ordered a large and immediately I had to put it on the closest inner hook in order to get it to actually fit, so these are definitely bigger then they seem. There’s a lot of give to them because it definitely seems to have a spandex type material to it. No matter how much I try, I can’t tighten it to look as nice or seamless as the product photo (and I have a natural hourglass figure), no matter what way you do this it looks extremely bulky and it’s beyond noticeable no matter what you wear, whether it’s a tank top/t-shirt or a hoodie it’s noticeable significantly.In addition to that, this will make you sweat unbelievably which can be a great addition if you’re wanting it for a work out but if your wanting this for everyday wear by the time you peel it off, it’s like peeling off a second skin even if you’ve literally only had it on for an hour. In terms of support this is great! It does help you stand up straighter and helps with posture but if your wanting it for working out it may not be the best support wise, the way it postures your back it’s very easy to throw yourself off balance if you use it for heavy workouts like deadlifts, squats with weights, etc. This does limit your range of motion, especially if your trying to bend down at the waist also.Honestly I didn’t notice any improvement pain relief wise, if anything because of how it forces your posture this can actually cause the sensation of pressure especially on the middle and lower back, if you do wear it for long periods of time there can be some mild pain but overall it’s just really a feeling of pressure consistently.Honestly if you’re going to use this, it’s best used as an assistant tool to help break a better sweat then it is to a solution especially if you’re wanting to lose weight or tone up your stomach and waist line. It’s definitely better when paired with a solid workout routine otherwise it just really makes you sweat on it’s own.
