perfect exercise bike
This was easy to set up-only took the hubby roughly 45-60 min. The instructions are clear and the video on Amazon is also very helpful. It’s very sturdy and easy to use for both myself and my husband and easy for each of us to adjust to our size. We were both pretty excited about it so we took turns right on night 1.We experimented with some of the apps and Bluetooth functions, both of which are really nice. It has a resistance function, but I’m a bit out of shape so I’m not ready to use that part yet, but my husband thought that was really nice. The part for your arms is also a nice touch to an exercise bike. A nice add to your traditional exercise bike.One of the best parts is that it is super quiet, so it makes it easy to listen to music or watch tv. All-in-all a very nice bike and I would recommend it to others.

Perfect for home gym
This bike has been a great addition to our home gym. My husband and I use it regularly after we put our kid down, and it’s perfect for squeezing in a quick workout without having to go to the gym. It’s compact, easy to adjust, comfortable for different heights, and feels very sturdy. Really impressed with this bike! The ride is very smooth and quiet — I can easily use it early in the morning or while watching TV without any noise. It feels extremely stable and sturdy, even when riding at higher resistance or standing up during a workout. The seat is surprisingly comfortable for longer rides, and the adjustable settings make it easy for both me and my husband to use.Setup was pretty straightforward, though it did take about an hour to fully assemble. The digital monitor is simple but effective for tracking time, distance, and calories, and the phone/tablet mount is a great touch for watching videos or following along with cycling classes.I also love that it connects to an app — it makes tracking progress and staying motivated much easier. Great buy
Took me about 45 minutes to set up and this includes unpacking. So very well packed. Easy to read instructions on setting up. I’ve had the bike for a week now and have had no issues . Very well built and so very very quiet. I’m 5’5” and could use the seat lower an inch. I can pedal and hopefully when I get in better condition I can use the resistance more. This is an extremely sturdy bike. My husband tried it out and he weighs 289 and he said stable and enjoyed using it. Seat is uncomfortable but bearable. I only ride it in 1/2 hour spurts. I feel this bike is a great deal for the price. I can use it in winter or summer months. Cheaper than the outdoor bike I was thinking about. So far I really love this bike. If my opinion changes over the next month I’ll update my review

Great bike, except for the seat.
This bike is very smooth and you can get a great workout with every use. I will say however, that the seat is horrible. It’s very hard, and I mean hard. Fortunately, I had an extra Trek bike seat, so I switched the seat out immediately. It made a huge difference.The bike is whisper quiet and very solid. I also removed the peddle straps contraption, so I just have peddles with no straps or plastic guards that go over your feet. It’s a 5 minute operation to remove them if you like. I find it makes things simpler with no clutter.The only other thing is that you have to bend over to reach the handlebars. Even after making many adjustments, there is no way to sit up straight and reach the handlebars. Just be sure you don’t mind the reach. Most of the time I simply sit up straight on the seat and don’t grasp the handlebars, as I find that more comfortable.Build instructions come with the bike, but the video on here was very helpful. The build process was very straight forward with no issues.

Exceeded My Expectations
I never knew how fulfilling getting my fitness experience on an exercise bike. This is really some great exercise. I purchased this exercise bike for the convenience of exercising at home as my time is very limited. Right our the box the bike has a solid and well built frame. Everything looks durable as if it would last quite some time. Assembly took me about an hour as I am not very handy. It very doable and the instructions are easy to follow. I like that the bike compact which allows for storing it away pretty easy. It also has wheels which also help moving it from place to place. During the ride, it feels quite stable without any wobbling. The ride is super quiet allowing for rides while everyone else is sleeping. Both the seat and handlebars are both adjustable to the desired height. All data regarding your ride is tracked. It gives a nice experience. The resistance is adjustable. You give the desired amount to challenge yourself. Overall, I am happy with my purchase. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this exercise bike to someone else. It is well worth the price point.

I love this spin bike!
Endorphins are addicting. I love this bike! the dial adjustment for resistance and the simplicity of the bike setup (nothing extremely fancy) work for me. The seat is adjustable in both height and distance. There is an app but i just log my distance & time in my phone to keep myself accountable. I started about 4 days ago doing 10 miles for about 50 mins. Just boosted my miles to 18 today and my goal is to be able to do 28 miles a day by January of 2026. This bike is more than acceptable for any skill level. Its sturdy and balanced(doesnt move if i stand up to cycle / or pedal rigorously). For reference; I am about 214 lbs at 5 foot and have not biked in 2 years. If i can do it, so can you.

The specification of this Slunse exercise bike seemed to be ideal for my intended use. Assembly was straightforward and I soon had it up and running. It is a solid piece of equipment, very sturdy and doesn’t move however hard the ride effort. I am very impressed how quiet it is in use, I had expected some noise but really it has much exceeded my expectations. The effort resistance is so easy to use while riding and you will soon find what suits you best. The computer is basic but however does the intended job. I do like the shelf where I place my iPad for a bit of entertainment whilst riding. There are cheaper and more expensive bikes out there but really the Slunse provides all you might need to improve your fitness and wellbeing. I have no hesitation in recommending this value for money and sturdy exercise bike.
