Stepping for better health
I like the convenience of this small stepper. It is small and I can pull it out and add steps to to health routine. The stepper counts my calories, steps, and minutes. It is not electric but the manual stepping is not bad because you have the flexibility of controlling the pressure of your steps.

I have been enjoying this stepper. The instructions regarding it use are very clear and helpful. There was no assembly required, only the attachment of the cords was needed. It is not as quiet as I would have liked, but no squeaks; therefore I am satisfied.

Immediately add to your cart! Comes pre-assembled. This 13.5 lbs stepper feels heavy and sturdy. Love the removable straps and adjustable resistance. Easy to use and easy to adjust. Excellent value for money. After my first few steps, I feel the burn (in a good way). I can’t wait to get my step on while watching tv all winter talking about workout effectiveness. Step with your shoes on— shoeless and this is too slippery so keep that in mind for optimal functionality wear your walking or running shoes.

I got this stair stepper to exercise indoor when the weather prevents me from walking. I like it, easy to use, it was already assembled and I use it almost every day. I have had it for about two weeks now and I can slide it underneath my bed to store it.
