I’m very satisfied. The curl bar feels sturdy and well-balanced, and the chrome finish gives it a nice professional look. The weight plates are easy to load and secure tightly with the included collars, which is great for quick changes during workouts.The variety of weight combinations (66LB, 55LB, 44LB) makes it flexible for different strength levels and exercises. It’s especially handy for bicep curls, rows, and shoulder work.The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the plates are made of plastic-coated cement. While they get the job done, they don’t have the same feel or durability as solid iron plates. Also, the bar might feel a little light for experienced lifters.That said, for the price and convenience, it’s a great starter set or addition to a home gym.

I got this barbell set for my husband and he’s been using it nonstop! The quality is solid, the weights are easy to adjust, and it’s perfect for his home workouts. He said it feels sturdy and balanced, and it’s helped him stay consistent with his fitness routine. Great value for the price—definitely a hit in our house!

It works but I wouldn’t buy it again. Spend a few more bucks and get a quality bar. The bar is a two piece and is held by the smallest pinch screw. It doesn’t even go all the way through the bar. It’s literally a pinch screw. I used loctite and haven’t had a issue yet. But I can tell I will eventually. It does work.. It’s cheap and you get what you pay for. 3 Stars because it does work but I wouldn’t recommend.

I am 45 years old. After a month of lifting with this bad boy, I can feel, and see, improvements in my back, shoulders, and legs. This helped me bring back the real person underneath my dad bod. My part-time side-hustle job lifting and carrying in a warehouse-style environment is also much, much easier (load, unload, pack, unpack, etc.). Wish I started this at 30 yrs old, I’d be jacked instead of just merely healthy. Haha.

I don’t love the way the bar connects in the middle, with a single bolt screwed in. The bar wobbles a bit when I lift it. I don’t think I’d trust this for over 50lbs each side but it gets the job done. The grip is really good, albeit rough, so if you don’t have callouses—expect them.

Don’t get me wrong. It’s not professional stuff but it’s definitely good for a beginner. I’m trying to get an old injury fixed and it’s doing its job. I’m almost there ever since I got this product. It’s very easy to put together. Very easy to use doesn’t come with a lot of weight, but You could probably add to it I guess
